To ensure environmentally responsible behaviour is accepted as an integral part of our operations, we specifically undertake to:

Conduct operations in compliance with relevant local environmental regulations, licences and legislation
Prevent pollution occurring from our activities and operations
Educate our employees on their environmental responsibilities and ensure this is integrated into their work practices, training and decision making
Continuously improve the environmental performance of the organisation

An example of this commitment is our Automotive Training Centre expansion. The new Heavy Vehicle Workshop is fitted with solar panels generating enough power to enable the workshops, classrooms and administration buildings to be self-sufficient.
A 250,000-litre underground rainwater tank supplies water for the vehicle wash bay and irrigation for surrounding gardens.

These new initiatives compliment the environmental systems and responsible work practices previously in place at the MTA Group Training Scheme Inc.
